Yoga

Yoga is a gentle, calming class, which introduces posture, basic slow-flow sequences and breathing techniques that gradually build flexibility and strength.  This class is suitable for those new to yoga, those with physical concerns, or those who simply wish to experience the therapeutic benefits of uniting the mind and body through movement and breath. 

Step

This is a 45-minute cardiovascular workout.  Using the step, the instructor will demonstrate different move sequences that will warm you up, then increase your heart rate, then cool down.  The class will conclude with a 10-minute ab workout.  This class is for beginner, intermediate, and advanced fitness levels. 

Kickboxing

This is a 45-minute cardiovascular workout.  The class will start with a 5-minute warm up with a jump rope or use jump rope motions.  The core of the workout will be kicking and jabbing to various songs along with the instructor.  The routine varies every class and punching bags and gloves will be used for portions of the workout.  Modifications will be shown and this class is for all fitness levels.  The class will conclude with a 15-minute ab workout along with stretching. 

Sports Conditioning

POWER UP! A 60-minute class that will separate & strengthen each muscle group.  Simple athletics such as squats, lunges, presses & curls.  The class combines skills and drills alternating carido segments with strength training.  It uses plyometrics, sprints, and calisthenics to challenge your agility, edurance, and your cardio.  Designed for beginner, intermediate, and advanced fitness levels. 

FitPump

This is a total body workout designed to pump you up and lean you out.  A challenging workout utilizing handweights, dumbbells, spry bands, and step platforms to gain functional strength and muscle definition.  Designed for beginner, intermediate, and advanced fitness levels.

Ab Attack

An intense toning class designed specifically for defining the abdominal and lower back muscles.  Feel the burn as you use resistance bands, body balls, hand weights, and your own body weight to shape and fine tune your powerhouse.
