We have foam exercise mats but if you prefer a yoga mat, please bring them with you. 

*Spin class size is limited. 

Other classes offered:

Step Sculpt- Cardiovascular workout on the floor and step using large muscle groups and weights for cardio and muscle strength.  Ends with Ab workout on the exercise ball.

Cardio Boot Camp- Kickboxing maneuvers with plymetrics(highly focused, intense movements for increasing strength and speed) and sports conditioning exercises.  Massive calorie burn(500-600 calories per hour).  Five hundred abs at the end.

20/20/20- 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, 20 minutes of pilates. Total body workout!
